Login in your account AlertPay or PayPal ...

Click the "Print Screen" , go in "Paint" , press Ctrl + V .it will show your image ! edit it so it contains only payment details - delete your personal data and save it in JPEG format.
Before you load on a host ,right click, properties, details and see the size .If they are up to 600 px you can let it so.
If not, right click, then editing, will open to "paint .Go to the top where it says " Resize " to be checked" Percentage "and" Horizontal ", give value 90 to 80, then save and check again ...

Upload it to a free host of images: photobucket.com or imageshack.us , tinypic.com copy "direct link" , then click on the icon "image" from bar work and type it.

Not allowed pictures with higher resolution than 600 px !
