Update: (Feb 20, 2010)

We are going to go ahead and move this to the scam list. We were going to give it a full week, but it is quite clear now that this site will not be trying to pay any of their members. Especially AlertPay and LibertyReserve members. UpBux paypal was limited, not their LibertyReserve or AlertPay. Which it appears that they are taking the money from those accounts without refunding anyone who invested. Site will now remain on our scam list.
